The Bible is full of references to occult activity. For
example, the prophet Daniel was placed over magicians, enchanters,
sorcerers, diviners and astrologers. Despite Daniel's position,
Daniel always separated himself from the occult practitioners. In
the end, Daniel's knowledge was considered far superior to the
occult practitioners. The Bible says that Daniel received his
insight from the God of the Bible (See Daniel
5:10-16).
Yet, the New Testament contains the story of the Magi
(astrologers) who knew of the birth of the Messiah because of a
bright star in the heavens. I believe God used the bright star as a
means of bringing the Magi to worship the Messiah. It is apparent
from the Bible story of the Magi that these men knew the Bible quite
well. My interpretation is that God reaches out to all people,
regardless of their belief system. So why do occult phenomenon
surround my research?
The Bible teaches that God is over both good and
evil.
Consider the prophet Isaiah's writing:
"I am the LORD, and there is none else. I form the light and
create darkness, I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all
these things." (KJV Is. 45:6-7).
If God is over both good and evil, then God, who is holy and
pure, also controls occult phenomenon. Is it possible that the God
of the Bible who appeared on earth in the historic person of Jesus
Christ is reaching out to those in the occult?
You may not agree with my conclusion that Jesus Christ is
coming again and is reaching out to all people prior to His return.
You are given a choice between accepting the gift of life through
Jesus Christ or rejecting salvation that is offered through Christ
alone. I reach out to you through the good news of Jesus Christ who
appeared the first time as a lamb to offer redemption to every
person upon planet earth. However, when Jesus Christ returns, he
will come as a lion. My research supports the view that Christ will
come again in our generation. Are you ready? If you want to be
ready, please take the time to pray and fill out the information
below. I would welcome the invitation to call you in person and
prayer with you about salvation.
"You can have the righteousness of God regardless of what you have done with your life. I implore you on Christ's behalf to be
reconciled to God through faith in Christ. "God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the
righteousness of God." (2 Cor.
5:21).
